Step-by-Step Guide to Add a Vehicle
Step 1: Open the Add Vehicle Module
Navigate to the Add Vehicle section in Flovix to start creating a new vehicle record.
Step 2: Enter Basic Information
In the Basic Information section, enter the main vehicle identification details.
Fields include:
VIN – Enter the Vehicle Identification Number.
Brand – Enter the vehicle brand.
Model – Enter the vehicle model.
Manufacturing Year – Enter the vehicle manufacturing year.
Color – Enter the vehicle color.
Color Code – Enter the color code if applicable.
This information helps identify the vehicle within the system.
Step 3: Enter Technical Specifications & Registration Details
Open the Technical Specs & Registration section to enter technical and registration information.
Fields include:
Engine Number – Enter the engine identification number.
Plate – Enter the vehicle plate number.
Registration Date – Select the vehicle registration date.
Periodic Checkup – Select the checkup schedule.
Checkup Month – Choose the month for periodic vehicle inspection.
Door Number – Enter the number of vehicle doors.

In the Insurance & Ownership section, enter the vehicle insurance and owner details.

Insurance Company – Select the insurance provider.

Step 5: Save the Vehicle Record
