The Workflow module in Flovix is designed to help businesses manage and track orders or tasks through different stages of a process. It provides a visual board (Kanban-style) where orders are displayed as cards and can be moved between different workflow stages.
Each card represents an order, task, or transaction and contains important details such as the order number, customer name, and date. This allows teams to easily monitor the progress of work and quickly identify which orders are new, pending approval, in progress, or completed.
The workflow system improves task management, order tracking, and team collaboration. By using this module, businesses can organize operational processes efficiently and ensure that orders move smoothly through each stage of the business workflow.
