Step-by-Step Guide to Send a Message

 

Navigate to the Messaging Module

Go to eCommerce > Customer Whatsapp Message in Flovix.

 

Select Customer

Click Select Customer/Employee.

Use search or filter options to pick specific individuals or groups.

Confirm the Recipient Count to ensure all intended recipients are selected.

 

Enter Subject

Fill in the Subject field with a clear and concise title for the message.

 

Compose Message

Write your message in the Message box.

Send Message
