Step 1: Access the Pending Stocks Module
From the Flovix dashboard, navigate to Pending Stocks to view the interface listing all pending items.
Step 2: Filter by Delivery Man
Use the Delivery Man dropdown to select a specific delivery personnel. This helps in monitoring stock that is assigned to each delivery agent.
Step 3: Filter by Invoice Numbers
From Invoice No Enter the starting invoice number for your range.
To Invoice No Enter the ending invoice number for your range.
This allows you to narrow down the list of pending stocks to specific transactions.
Step 4: Filter by Date
Select the Date field to view pending stocks for a particular day. This ensures accurate tracking of stock for daily operations.
Step 5: Search and Review
Click Show to apply filters and display the pending stock list. Review each item to check status, assigned delivery personnel, and quantity pending.
