How to Manage Inspections in Flovix

The Inspections module in Flovix allows users to view and manage inspection records related to work orders or vehicles. This section provides a structured list of inspections, helping users track completed inspections and review inspection details quickly.

 

At the top of the screen, users can access system options such as notifications, help, apps, and language settings. The Inspections page also includes management tools that allow users to search records, customize columns, print reports, and export inspection data.

 

Users can search inspection records using the Search field, which allows searching by Order Number. This helps users quickly locate specific inspection records.

The page also includes a date range filter that allows users to view inspections within a selected time period. For example, users can filter records between 01-01-2000 and 12-03-2026.

 

Each inspection entry displays important details such as inspection ID, assigned inspector, date, customer name, vehicle year, and inspection status.

 

Example inspection record:

 

Inspection ID: 144
Inspector: Ahmed Al Johani
Date: 30-11--1 12:00 AM
Customer: Haider Ali Akbar
Vehicle Year: 2020
Status: Completed

 

Users can also use the Print option to print inspection records directly from the list.

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Use Inspections

 

Step 1: Open the Inspections Module

Navigate to the Inspections section in Flovix to view the list of inspection records.

 

Step 2: Search for an Inspection

Use the Search bar to find an inspection record by entering the Order Number.

 

Step 3: Filter Records by Date

Use the Date Range filter to display inspection records created within a selected time period.

Step 4: Customize Table Columns

Click the Columns option to select which data fields should appear in the inspection list.

 

Step 5: Print Inspection Records

Click the Print option to print the inspection record or inspection report.
