Step-by-Step Guide to Build Assembly in Flovix:

 

Access the Build Assembly Module

Navigate to Build Assembly from the Flovix dashboard.

 

Select the Warehouse

Choose the source warehouse where the raw materials are stored.

 

Choose the Assembly Item

Select the product to be assembled from the Assembly Item dropdown.

 

Enter Build Reference & Date

Assign a Build Reference number for tracking.

Select the Build Date to record when the assembly occurs.

 

Assign Cost Center & Memo

Choose the relevant Cost Center to allocate production costs.

Enter any notes or instructions in the Memo field.

 

Target Warehouse

Select the warehouse where the finished product will be stored.

 

Batch and Expiry Details

Enter the Batch Number for traceability.

If applicable, provide the Expiry Date for perishable items.

 

Specify Quantity and Cost

Enter Quantity to Build.

The system automatically calculates the Total Bill of Material Cost.

Add Additional Costs if required (e.g., labor, shipping).
