How to Add an Employee in Flovix

Adding an employee in Flovix allows you to manage staff information, attendance, and payroll in one place. Follow these simple steps to add a new employee.

 

1. Basic Information

Start by entering the employee’s basic details.

  1. Upload Photo – Add the employee photo.
  2. Employee Code / Employee ID – Enter unique identification details.
  3. First Name, Middle Name, Last Name – Enter the employee’s full name.
  4. Mobile Number – Required contact number.
  5. Email & Address – Enter communication details.
  6. Gender – Select from the dropdown.
  7. Tags – Add tags for categorization.
  8. Active – Enable if the employee is currently working.

2. Additional Information

Add personal details of the employee.

  1. Date of Birth (Gregorian or Hijri)
  2. Marital Status
  3. Religion
  4. National ID
  5. Employee ID Expiry Date
  6. Branch & Nationality
  7. Driving License Number (if applicable)
  •  

3. Bank Information

Enter bank details for salary payments.

  1. Bank Name
  2. Account Title
  3. IBAN Number
  •  

4. Employment Information

Add job and contract details.

  1. Agreement Start & End Date
  2. Probation Start Date
  3. Employment Type
  4. Designation
  5. Department
  •  

5. Attendance Shifts

Set employee working schedule.

  1. Location
  2. Radius in Meters (for location-based attendance)
  3. Restricted (Yes/No)
  4. Shift
  5. Working Days
  •  

6. Insurance

Add employee insurance details.

  1. Insurance Status (Yes/No)
  2. Insurance Expiry Date
  •  

7. Save Employee

After entering all details, click Save to add the employee to Flovix.

The employee will now appear in the employee list and HR system for attendance, payroll, and management.
