Access Stock Requisition Module
Go to Stock Requisition from the Flovix.
Select Warehouse
Choose the warehouse from which you want the stock to be issued.
Assign Cost Center
Select the Cost Center for the department or project requesting the stock.
Enter Item Details
Input the Item Code or select from the inventory list.
Specify the Batch if applicable.
Enter the Unit of Measure (UM).
Enter the Quantity required.
Add Memo (Optional)
Enter any notes or instructions related to the stock requisition in the Memo field.
Review Total Quantity
Confirm the total items and quantities requested.
Ensure the batch and warehouse details are correct to avoid errors.
Submit or Save Requisition
Click Save to record the stock requisition.
