Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Working Hours in Flovix:
Access the Module
Go to Working Hours from the Flovix.
If no shifts are currently available, the system will display “Data not found”, indicating that you need to create new shifts.
Create a New Shift
Click on New / Add to create a working hour schedule.
Enter a Shift Name that clearly identifies the shift (e.g., Morning Shift, Evening Shift).
Define Working Hours
Set the Start Time and End Time for the shift.
Optionally, configure break times or split shifts if needed.
Assign Employees to Shifts
Select one or multiple employees to assign to the created shift.
Ensure that assignments are aligned with attendance and payroll requirements.
Save and Apply
Click Save to store the shift.
The shift will now appear in the Working Hours table and can be edited or deleted as needed.
Search, Print & Export
Use the Search bar to locate specific shifts quickly.
