At the top of the page, users can access system options such as notifications, help, apps, and language settings. The page also includes a date range filter, allowing users to select a specific period to view workshop activity.
For example, users can view data between 01-03-2026 and 12-03-2026 to analyze the workshop’s operational summary during that time.
The system displays a Vehicles Summary section that shows the number of vehicles in different workflow stages. This helps managers quickly understand the workload and current progress of vehicle repairs.
Step-by-Step Guide to Use Workshop Summary
Step 1: Open the Workshop Summary Module
Navigate to the Workshop Summary section in Flovix to view the workshop activity overview.
Step 2: Select a Date Range
Use the Date Range filter to choose the period for which you want to view the workshop summary.
Example:
01-03-2026 – 12-03-2026
The system will update the summary according to the selected dates.
Step 3: Review Vehicle Status Summary
Check the Vehicles Summary section to see how many vehicles are currently in each status:
Pending – Vehicles waiting for service.
In Progress – Vehicles currently being repaired.
Ready – Vehicles that are ready for delivery.
Exited – Vehicles that have already left the workshop.
Step 4: Review Workshop Activity
The summary also shows operational records related to the workshop:
Entry Card – Total number of vehicle entries.
Work Order – Total work orders created.
Diagnostics – Diagnostic checks performed.
Invoices – Invoices generated for workshop services.
Step 5: Open Detailed Records
Click the arrow icon on any summary card to open the related module and view detailed records.
Step 6: Print the Workshop Report
Click the Print option to generate a printed report of the workshop summary.
