How to Manage My Tasks in Flovix

The My Tasks section in Flovix allows users to view and manage tasks assigned to them. This module helps employees track their assigned work, monitor task progress, and manage their daily responsibilities efficiently.

 

At the top of the screen, users can access system options such as notifications, help, apps, and language settings. The page also includes several tools that help users organize and manage task records, including search, filters, column settings, printing, and exporting options.

 

Users can quickly find a specific task using the Search field, which allows searching by Card Number. This makes it easier to locate a task without manually reviewing the full list.

 

The system also provides filters such as Employee selection, Date range, and task status. These filters help users narrow down results and focus on specific tasks.

 

Each task record in the list displays important information such as task ID, card number, employee name, task title, time duration, and task status.

Status: pending

Each task row also includes action icons that allow users to perform actions such

as viewing task details, starting a task, pausing a task, or marking it as completed.

 

Step-by-Step Guide to Use My Tasks

 

Step 1: Open the My Tasks Section

Go to the My Tasks module in Flovix. The system will display a list of tasks assigned to you.

 

Step 2: Search for a Task

Use the Search bar to find a task by entering the Card Number.

 

Step 3: Apply Filters  

Use the available filters to organize the task list:

Employee Filter – View tasks assigned to a specific employee.

Date Range Filter – View tasks created within a selected time period.

Status Filter – Filter tasks based on their current status.

 

Step 4: View Task Details

Click the visibility icon to open and view the complete details of the selected task.

 

Step 5: Manage Task Progress

Use the available action buttons to control the task progress:

Play icon – Start the task.

Pause icon – Pause the task temporarily.

Check icon – Mark the task as completed.

 

Step 6: Print or Export Task Records

Use the available options to manage reports:

Print – Print the task list.

Export – Download the task data for reporting or documentation.
