Accessing the Workshop Invoice Screen

 

To create a new workshop invoice:

Log in to your Flovix account.

Navigate to the Workshop module.

Open Workshop Invoices.

Click Add Invoice to create a new invoice.

The invoice creation screen will open, allowing you to enter customer, vehicle, service, and billing information.

 

Select the Customer

Begin by selecting the customer associated with the repair order.

Choose an existing customer from the Customer field.

If the customer does not exist, create a new customer record directly from the invoice screen.

Select the Vehicle
