Creating Gift Cards
Go to Products → Product List.
Click Add New Product.
Select Service as the product type.
Enable the Gift Card option.
Enter the gift card face value (e.g., 500).
Save the product.
Selling Gift Cards
Open the POS main screen.
Select the gift card product from the product list or search for it.
Add the product to the invoice.
Complete the invoice checkout.
The gift card (with QR code) will be printed on the thermal receipt.
Applying / Redeeming Gift Cards
One-time Setup (Required)
Go to Payment Gateways.
Click Add New.
Select Gift Card as the gateway type.
Save the payment gateway.
Using a Gift Card in POS
Create or open a POS invoice.
Go to the Payment screen.
Select Gift Card as the payment method.
Scan the gift card QR code or manually enter the gift card code.
Click Check to verify:
Available balance
Card validity (not already used)
Complete and save the invoice.
